What is Mindful Eating? Eating with intention and attention.

A non-judgmental approach to transforming your diet and relationship to food. This program replaces the restriction and deprivation of typical diet plans with an abundant, nourishing and enjoyable approach to eating. Mindfulness greatly decreases the struggle with food by fostering a sense of investigation, discovery and experimentation.

You will learn

·       How to use hunger and fullness to guide your eating

·       How to enjoy food without overeating or guilt

·       How to resolve mindless and emotional eating

·       How to manage food cravings

·       How to slow down and savor your food
